PLEASE CONSIDER THIS INFORMATION BEFORE YOU COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE! 

  • The color of clothing/products may vary due to resolution of picture. 
  • Please check merchandise immediately. All damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise. If this should occur, please submit your claim with clear pictures of the damaged merchandise in the message box below to be reviewed. No refunds will be given, only a store credit may be issued.
  • All items that are PRE-ORDERED will ship as soon as they are received in our office.

All SALE, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, AND ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A STORE CREDIT ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

Shipping Policy

*COVID 19 UPDATE: There may be shipping
delays due to the current Covid-19 crisis. We are processing
orders in a manner that ensures safety for all parties involved. Please note
that shipping companies are also experiencing delays, including USPS, our
primary shipping entity. We appreciate your patience as we all maneuver through these uncertain times. 


We offer the fast shipping to customers within the United States.

We are working diligently to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible.  Purchased items will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends).  


Shipping Entity

United States Postal Service "USPS" is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States. All orders within the U.S will be shipped Priority Mail or First Class.

Priority Shipping is available and TYPICALLY takes 2-3 business days to ship and be delivered.

Please Note The Following:

  • Once the package has left our office and has been received by the United States Postal Service, a tracking number will be emailed or texted to you.
  • If for some reason a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package re-shipped. Please be sure to list the correct shipping information/address.
  • If your tracking information states that the item was successfully delivered, we will not be liable to send a replacement package or merchandise. The customer will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund/exchange will be issued.  Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. The customer will need to contact their local USPS store and open a claim.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by the carrier, incorrect address or delays due to weather conditions.
  • Free shipping promotional offers (when applicable) apply only to U.S customers residing within the 48 contiguous states.

Holiday Orders

Holidays orders may not be shipped as fast, due high volume of orders. Please allow 5 business days before orders are shipped. 


Pre-Orders

Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates may change depending on the arrival the pre-ordered item.

All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are processed/completed. 


Inventory

If an item has sold out or is out of stock after your order has been placed you will be notified via email right away.


Unfortunately, an item can be sold out at any time before the daily update. If this should this happen, we apologize in advance and will notify you accordingly. Thank you for your patience.
